The VISITOR, acting as a customer, may purchase photos and claim one free photo per album related to their visit to partner parks, which also have their own terms of use. The COMPANY is not responsible for third-party terms; the VISITOR must be informed.
Albums and photos are available for a maximum of 13 days, after which they are deleted and purchases can no longer be made. The VISITOR will receive periodic email reminders, and is responsible for downloading purchased files within the deadline.
FunImage’s services are only available to individuals with full legal capacity. Therefore, people under 18 or legally incapacitated under Articles 3 and 4 of the Brazilian Civil Code may not register unless represented or assisted.
The VISITOR agrees to provide truthful and accurate personal data and to keep it updated when changes occur.
The COMPANY is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by VISITORS, who assume full responsibility for the information submitted.
The COMPANY may verify the accuracy of a VISITOR's data at any time. If incorrect or false information is found, or if the VISITOR refuses to provide the requested information, the COMPANY may block the VISITOR’s profile until the issue is resolved.
The VISITOR accesses their album using a code received on a wristband provided by a COMPANY representative in the parks and is responsible for keeping this information private.
If robotic, illegal access, multiple login attempts, or suspicious behavior is detected, the COMPANY may automatically block the album and the suspected user’s profile indefinitely as a security measure.
The COMPANY is not liable for any damage, loss, or harm suffered by the VISITOR due to internet failures, systems, or servers, caused by third parties, accidents, or force majeure. The COMPANY is also not responsible for viruses affecting the VISITOR’s device due to access, use, or navigation or from data, file, image, text, or audio transfers.
The website will present hyperlinks during navigation, which may lead to other COMPANY pages or external sites.
Although the COMPANY only links to highly trusted external sites, the COMPANY assumes no responsibility for external content. The user is fully responsible for any actions taken on those sites.
